Yes, absolutely you can, we ask you to dig deep into your old albums and come up with photos of family members, old friends, schools & houses, whatever you feel adds to your timeline.

Of course, you can, there is nothing out of bounds. Our contract with you states that you are the owner of the finished product, we are there to record and professionally present your tale.

Who is distributing this… at the point of full payment you become the owner of the content and are responsible for who it is distributed to.

eg. A girl/woman/man/boy talks about a family member and states he sexually harassed them. WE do not want to be liable for this and we understand that it might not even be correct. We don’t want to become a forum where people can liable family and loved ones.

Yes, we understand some of our customers will want to share secrets, but don’t feel like it’s appropriate to do so when they’re alive.

We can store your information in a secure place and have in place a confidentiality agreement. You may wish to only allow your lawyer to know that we are storing the information for you. The decision is simply up to you when you would like the information released.

Yes - absolutely we do. We give you a checklist and ask you to fill it out and send us any information/stories/pertinent to your film. We study your responses, may ask you additional questions for clarity, then we use this information so that come the day of filming we can guide you on your journey and make the best product possible.

Every story you can remember fills a gap in your families and loved one’s lives.

Yes, absolutely we can do that. We understand that some clients are elderly, may have trouble remembering things or maybe simply just shy.

Having a loved one sit with them and guiding them will enhance the product and show family the love each one has for each other.

We ask for a minimum of 3 contacts from your lawyer, executor(s) and family members for example.

Additional contacts are welcome at no additional cost. We advise your contacts that once you have passed, they need to send an email - CLICK HERE

We can include Make Up, Limousine pickup or Breakfast or Lunch.

The wish list is a simple document you can fill in so that loved ones will understand how you want your day to pan out.

The document instructs your loved ones on your choice of memorial style and location, place of rest, preferred flowers, what you have already paid for, and any other details you think are relevant etc.

You can always make changes to your wish list up to any point in time. However, if you would like to update your video there will be additional charges involved.
